Our adventure continues as we reached a new book in our journey reading through the entire Bible as a family. We finished 2 Chronicles and are now in Ezra.

We began by reading the intro and background in my Life Application Study Bible. This tells us an overview of the chapter.

Afterward, we began with chapter 1.
I couldn’t help but think of our culture today as we read the overview . I am excited to dig into this chapter and make connections. This is a snapshot from the intro:
